By accessing or using Neurantica ("the platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
2. What Neurantica is
Neurantica is a community-driven catalog where users can discover, review, and rank AI tools. We do not endorse any specific tool and are not affiliated with the companies listed unless explicitly stated. Tool information is provided for informational purposes only and may not always be up to date.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You may not share your account with others or use another person's account.
- You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
4. User content
You retain ownership of the content you submit (reviews, articles, comments, posts). By submitting content, you grant Neurantica a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store, and distribute that content as part of the platform.
You must not submit content that:
- Is false, misleading, or fraudulent (including fake reviews).
- Is abusive, harassing, or hateful toward any person or group.
- Infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
- Contains spam, advertisements, or unsolicited promotions.
- Violates any applicable law or regulation.
5. Moderation
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem harmful to the community, without prior notice. Repeat violations may result in account suspension or termination.
6. Intellectual property
All platform design, code, and original content created by Neurantica is our property. Tool names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute platform content without permission.
7. Disclaimer
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of tool information. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on content found on the platform.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neurantica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
